VIP Leesburg, 3803 and 3807 Rogers Industrial Park Rd, Okahumpka, FL 34762, is owned by Owen & Woods Holdings LLC. Robert Purvis, broker of Purvis & Company Commercial, LLC, holds, through an entity he owns, a limited partnership interest in the project under an agreement with the owner.

Purvis & Company Commercial, LLC is engaged by the owner to market the property for lease and acts as a transaction broker under section 475.278, Florida Statutes, providing limited, nonfiduciary representation. The broker's limited partnership interest is also disclosed in writing to each prospective tenant before any letter of intent or lease.
